St John's Church for Eden Park Beckenham
Hello and Welcome
| A warm welcome awaits you at St. John's. We are a group of Christians that believe that church has to be rooted in our community and is much more than simply coming together on Sundays. That's why, a few years ago, we changed the emphasis in our name to "Church for Eden Park". It's more a description of our role than our address. |  |
 | We are part of the Church of England in the evangelical tradition, with the Bible and biblical teaching central to our ministry. Since 1932 we have preached the Good News of Jesus and ministered to people in the community in this part of Beckenham and beyond. Nowadays we have around 300 members and on a typical Sunday morning there will be 170 adults and 40 children in church. During the week, many more than that come to our various activities. |
| There is something going on here for people in the community most days of the week and we have a big vision and project underway to develop our site into a modern centre for church and community.
