Messy Church

Messy church is now well established in the life and work of our church. Most months now whole families come to have fun on a Sunday afternoon. In a series of “messy” activities we learn about a story from the Bible. One family really looks forward to it and grandma comes too!

We end with the whole story brought together, with a song and a prayer, before we all have tea together.

Recently children have made amazing items of craft and constructed a chariot and a ship.

Messy Church is especially great for families who really want to come to church but are not sure about that big strange looking building.

Then, on Christmas Eve at 4pm in church, we'll have "Messy Crib" - a time of fun and excitement as we prepare to celebrate the birthday of Jesus.
